I booted the Adobe Lightroom & Photoshop out the door! Their friging prices have gone through the sealing. I am going to ON1, which (in my opinion) is as good software at one hell of a lower price. I am just an old amateur photographer, and they can put it where the sun doesn't shine!
so far, unable to find out where I can alter my monthly "20T" plan from the $9.99 billing and prepay the $119.88 yearly to avoid the increase. Like just about everything else ADOBE makes: way too complicated!!

I just changed my Photography 20 GB plan from monthly billing to annual and that way price is the same. Tried to upgrade me to the 1 TB plan a couple of times but otherwise easy to do and that way no price increase.
Fuckin’ Adobe. I remember when you could actually purchase and own a license to use the software which came in a real physical box. The subscription model, which is pretty much everywhere now, is a great way to run us all into bankruptcy. Time to look for some open source alternatives to these corporate giant software platforms. Also note that Adobe, a publicly traded company, has seen stock prices decline recently. This is probably the reason for the increase in subscription prices. They have to make money somehow for their shareholders.
Fuck Adobe and their corporate greed. Same with all the streaming apps and every other software or tech company raising prices for no damn reason. It's getting ridiculous.
I have found that the $9.99 I have been paying for my Photography Plan has been a tremendous value and don't think this increase is at all out of line; given the incredible new features Adobe has given us and the power they give us. I will buy a year's subscription before the 15th.

Many of us jumped ship years ago to better programs to edit images etc.
Their are alternatives out there folks.
